Group C:

Group C is wide open for any team to win. Ivory Coast and Colombia could use their attacking strengths to get out of the group. Japan’s amazing free-kicks could be enough to get them to the knockout rounds. And then there is Greece could bore the hell out of everyone and still could sneak out of the group.

1. Ivory Coast

Ivory Coast is looking to make it out of their group for the first time ever. I believe that Didier Drogba will guide the Elephants out of the group with a brilliant performance. Drogba will terrorize the teams in Group C, just like he did in the 2012 Champions League with Chelsea.

2. Colombia:

Although their best player, Radamel Falcao, is out with injury, I still believe that Colombia will make it out of the group. Jackson Martinez and Fredy Guarin will lead the team with 2 goals each as they make it out of the group by winning the last group game against Japan.

3. Japan:

Japan will start the tournament with a draw against Ivory Coast, but the campaign will go down hill from there. Japan will draw with Greece, but get shutout by Colombia in a win or go home game on June 24. Manchester United’s Shinji Kagawa will score Japan’s only goal in the Tournament.

4. Greece:

Greece will have no offense during the tournament, and their defense will let them down as well. Greece will be the only team that in the group that does not score a goal at the tournament. They will also fail to play a single exciting game in Brazil.
